Adult Day Programs

Our Adult day programs are created to provide structure and a creative learning environment for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Our goal is to empower each client to reach his or her own greatest potential. Curriculum is designed to be used as a guide to place clients with the similar living skills and social development needs into groups. Clients are encouraged to move onto other more advanced training.

Adult Enrichment Center

Center for Creative Achievements

Ages: 18 years of age to senior citizens

The Adult Enrichment Center (AEC)
This program primarily focus on assisting clients with their day to day needs such as: communication skills, language development, critical living skills as well as, partake in music therapy and sensory stimulation.

CDP (Community Day Program)
This program spends about 70% out in the community; observing museums and visiting parks. CDP also teaches the importance of money management and meals planning. Occasionally, CDP will participate in extended outings.

Center for Creative Achievement (CCA)
Our day program provides a creative learning environment for adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities. CCA offers a variety of interesting and motivating activities. Some of the classes offered include: drama, art, education technology, interpersonal development, cooking, and much more.

Paid Work Program
We offer an opportunity for our clients to take part as employees of NAPD. Creating a safe and fair work environment for all employees alike. The work program takes place on NAPD premises.
